DIB COFFEES OF HAWAII (DIB = DEAF IN BUSINESS) is the only gourmet coffee chain in Malaysia selling Hawaiian coffees and operated by 90% deaf staff. DIB COFFEES OF HAWAII is a for profit social business enterprise established in 2012, without the help from the government nor grants from any charity institutions or NGOs. DIB was established with the following objectives:-

We are currently looking for a full-time EXPERIENCED COFFEE BARISTAS who shares our passion for great coffee and food and have the ability to cover all areas of running a busy coffee shop. Most important, we are looking for someone who has a passion to work with deaf people and people with disabilities (PWD), and to use their expertise and knowledge in the coffee and restaurant business to transform the lives of deaf people not only in Malaysia but around the world, as our DIB concept takes flight to other countries worldwide.

This is a full time position with the possibility of evolving into a managerial position involving profit-sharing. In the near future, DIB will be expected to open more and more DIB Mobile Coffee Kiosks in partnership with organisations as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
