Job Summary: Oversee all aspects of functions for Finance & Account, Legal & Contract and Procurement for E- Idaman Group of Company. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, assessing commercial opportunities, driving growth & profitability, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

Finance & Account

Oversee all financial operations and compliance for the entire E-Idaman Group.
Assess and manage the company's financial needs and systems to align with its goals.
Manage capital spending, budgets, product pricing, taxes, audits, and financial policies.
Analyze and present financial data for decision-making, including cost control and forecasting.
Lead the annual budgeting process for the Finance & Commercial division, collaborating with departments to plan spending and ensure financial accountability.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors.
Manage financial risks, compliance, and audit processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, performance reviews, and variance analysis to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead financial modelling, investment analysis, and ROI evaluations for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and capital investments.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support decision-making and resource allocation.

Legal & Contract

Protect the company's interests and ensure legal coverage.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Participate in negotiations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Ensure group compliance with corporate governance and concession agreement requirements.
Serve as the main liaison between directors, management, and shareholders, keeping them informed about relevant issues and legislation, and ensuring compliance with good corporate governance and integrity standards.

Procurement

Drive and take charge of strategic procurement and cost reduction initiatives.
Develop a procurement analytics strategy, plan its implementation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement workflows for the acquisition, cleansing and transformation of data to drive visualizations, dashboard, reports and presentations.
Ensure effectiveness and accuracy of procurement analytic initiatives to ensure deadlines are met whilst maintaining a high standard of analysis and business insight.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
Member to MIA is an advantage.
Minimum 17-20 years' working experience in auditing/accounting.
Sound knowledge of the FRSs.
Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point and excellent in analytical and financial data sourcing skills.
Good command of English - both written and oral.
Have a strong sense of commitment, teamwork, and good interpersonal skills.
