EBI RESOURCES SDN BHD (EBI) is an established wholly owned Bumiputera company, located in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. EBI started as a private limited company on 27th December 2007, registered company under Companies Commission of Malaysia (Co. **0900-H) and also registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (No. 357-****4927).

EBI was acquired through a management-buy-out agreement with the previous group of companies, bringing along the skill-set of business intelligence systems which include professional customization of clients’ business needs. The company was originally involved in the business of Corporate Performance Management such as conducting training, operational managed services, call center / help desk, IT managed services, application enhancement services and management reporting services.
