Educare Human Capital Pte Ltd (Educare) was set up in 2004, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Singapore Teachers’ Union’s Co-operative, to pilot the Teacher-Assistant scheme. The scheme aimed to elevate teaching and teachers’ lives through the recruitment and management of Teacher Assistant. Since then, we have steadily increased our market share over the past 17 years and remain committed to providing excellent service quality to our clients in public and private sectors.

As a company with the Employment Agency (EA) Comprehensive Licence, Educare specialises in the field of recruitment, deployment, placement of employee, payroll outsourcing, Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Human Resource (HR) advisory.

Under Educare’s Recruitment and Deployment business unit, we have deployed a significant number of contractual staff to numerous government agencies and organisations over the years. Our team has grown in size to provide dedicated service to meet our clients' service standards. Currently, Educare deploys administrative, operations support, laboratory technical support, sports facilities support, finance, operations, events, IT and PMET staffs to numerous organisations. This enables us to be aware of the problems faced by both employers and employees in various working environments.

Educare has been appointed as one of the HR manpower providers for the provision for temporary contract for services, temporary staff conversion to permanent staff and sourcing for permanent staff for Ministry of Finance (VITAL Demand Aggregate Scheme) since 2014 till 2019. This includes the monthly payroll, timesheet and billing to different government agencies. Given the similarity in scope and the vast experience Educare has serving public agencies in their daily operations, Educare is confident to provide the service delivery required by the PA.
