From its humble beginnings, Clement & Co. and its operating company Eric & Co Property Management Sdn Bhd (previously known as Clement Management Sdn Bhd) has now grown into an independent professional firm providing property services throughout Malaysia. Our company is managing between 5000 to 6000 units of commercial and residential properties spread out in more than 20 projects in the Klang Valley since 2000. We have resisted the temptation to expand fast and become big without the basic fundamentals. We have always believed in personalized service to clients to meet their needs and expectations.
