EUPE Corporation Berhad is listed on the Main Board of KLSE since 1997, we are primarily involved in property development, property investment, property management, civil engineering and construction as well as hotel and golf course management via CintaSayang Resort & Hotel.

Since EUPE began operations in 1986, we have built more than 20,000 homes, realising the lifestyle dreams of many thousands of Malaysians. We are the largest township developers in northern Malaysia for nearly 30 years, trust is our core value. Our mission and vision is to build and sustain trust among all our stakeholders.

EUPE’s entry into the Kuala Lumpur property market is central to the Group’s long-term strategy to grow its revenue base and deliver increased shareholder value. We have been focused on a number of fronts to ensure our first two projects in Malaysia’s capital are clearly positioned as an innovative residential and lifestyle products in what continues to be a very competitive property market.
