Eye On Malaysia Sdn Bhd

EOM inaugurated in January 2007 is the icon of Visit Malaysia Year 2007/08 and has become a popular landmark in Malaysia. It is one of the main contributors to the tourism industry and national income with well over 1.2million visitation registered in 2007.

It has created job opportunities, especially for younger Malaysian and added value to the tourism industry player such as the travel agents, hotels, taxi drivers and small traders.

At the end of Visit Malaysia Year campaign, the EOM will be relocated to Melaka in September 2008. A newco has been setup under EOM Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between KMB and ADS to manage and operate on a 4-acre site at Muara Sungai Melaka.

EOM Sdn Bhd plans to develop a high tech outdoor leisure park, open progressively over the next six month offering a niche tourism and product mix comprising of EOM hi tech wheel, Spectacular World Screen, Space Adventure with modern facilities including Eye Cafe, Seafood Restaurant, Souvenir Shop, mini surau and event area.
