We are a group of professionals dedicated to promote weight loss and healthy living via healthy eating. Our food are prepared, cooked and packaged by professionals, allowing you the opportunity to experience the fusion of taste and nutrition from our kitchen.

EZ Diet provides its customers with cooked meals which are chilled to preserve the freshness and quality. There are 3 plans available to choose from. The Special Weight Loss Program, The Executive Meal Plan and The Daily Plan. Each plan has its own menus and specialty. These plans will be chosen from a set menu designed weekly and prepared in our kitchen.

Orders are closed at 4pm, everyday and delivered daily.

Our mission is to make healthy eating accessible and affordable. We feel it is our duty not only to guide and educate on diet and nutrition, but also to provide the services for our goals to manifest.
