We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Manager as part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization
Driving and leading team to ensure sales target achieved
Ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, sales techniques, and store policies
Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met by the store staff. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise. Creating a positive shopping experience for customers and building customer loyalty
Assisting the store manager to identify future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff and foster a positive and fun work environment to maximize employee and store performance
Knowledge of inventory management practices
Ensure that the store is in good condition and presentable at all times i.e. shelves and fixtures are clean, display products are present in good condition
Ensure high-quality visual merchandising presentation are in accordance with company guidelines
To complete daily and weekly paperwork to Management in timely and accuracy manner
Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Min 2 years of working experience in the retail environment and management
Good team player
Self-motivated & positive
Energetic, pleasant personality with a passion for customer service
Confident,resourceful with a willingness to work alongside with rest of the staff especially on the sales floor
Able to lead and manage well in a dynamic and multi-task oriented retail environment
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
Proficient in MS Office
