Managing approximately 500 properties, including double and triple-storey houses, shop lots, and buildings, we oversee over 6,000 rooms and house around 5,000 tenants, maintaining a 90% occupancy rate. Our commitment to providing hassle-free, one-stop service solutions ensures landlords can enjoy peace of mind while tenants experience comfortable, home-like living conditions. In April 2021, GFG ventured into the PropTech industry by acquiring ibilik.com, Malaysia's largest room rental listing platform, which has facilitated over 100,000 room rentals and attracts 200,000 monthly users. In February 2022, we expanded into the hotel industry, managing over 60 hotels across Selangor, KL, Penang, and Johor, and introduced Swing & Pillows Co-living—a modern communal living concept offering private bedrooms in furnished units with shared common areas. This innovative approach provides affordable and collaborative living spaces for students, workers, digital nomads, and individuals relocating, fostering personal and professional growth through shared experiences and interactions.
