JOB POSITION:

HR & Office Admin

LOCATION:

PJCC, Petaling Jaya

WORKING HOURS:

Monday - Friday (8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.)

Saturday (8:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.)

QUALIFICATION:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.

- Candidate must have at least 1-3 years of work experience in the related field.

- Candidate must possess own transport.

- Candidate must be computer literate particularly with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

- Able to commence immediately.

REMUNERATION:

Basic range at RM2000 - RM3000 (based on qualification and experience) + statutory requirements (EPF & SOCSO) + leave entitlement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To assist in handling a full spectrum of human resource activities (recruitment, staff payroll and regulatory contributions, training & development, employees’ activities/interactions and other HR administration function).

- To assist in accounts department in handling of general book keeping function such as: AP, AR and GL and ensure timely closure of accounts and meeting deadline.

- To manage vendors’/suppliers’ payments

- To manage office book-keeping and petty cash accounts

- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
