G.I.M Group of Companies. (G.I.M.) was started in Malaysia on 13 August 2004, The principle activities of G.I.M. are mainly property development, having established its track record in the Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia, specifically in the state of Kedah. Although established approximately 4 years ago, the Company has successfully completed two housing project that namely Taman Sejahtera Jaya (TSJ) and Taman Sutera Indah (TSI). G.I.M. Smart Venture Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated to develop an 11 acre of Prime Land at Relau/Sungai Ara for Mix, Commercial shops and High Rise Condo. The Company¡¯s vision is to be a premier property developer that is synonymous with building quality affordable homes in strategic locations. G.I.M.¡¯s track record and reputation in TSJ and TSI, being its maiden project, speaks for itself in delivering quality affordable homes on time. Benchmarking themselves against prominent developers, it is the Company¡¯s vision is to be a world-class regional developer.

 

TSJ, comprising of 56 units of single storey terrace houses, covering a total net area of 131,891 sq. ft located in Mukim Lunas, District of Kulim, Kedah, in which all the units were fully sold with the Certificate of Fitness for Occupation obtained on 21 November 2006. TSI, comprising of 10 units of double storey shoplots, 122 units of single storey terrace houses and 38 units of single storey semi-detached houses with Gross Development Value of RM 12 Million, located in Mukim Lunas, Distric of Kulim, Kedah. The units of project were also fully sold with the Certificate of Fitness for Occupation obtained on 27 November 2008. Meanwhile, the Company is currently embarking on another development project, the project land is a parcel of freehold land which free from any encumbrances and GIM is the registered owner of the said land. It is approved by authority as Taman Selesa Jaya, comprising of 22 units of Bungalow lots, covering a total gross area of 6.8 acres which is located at Lot 1817 & 1818 in Mukim 15, Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang.The project is expected to complete by June 2011. Besides, GIM is going to develop another parcel of freehold land which is located at Lot 418 and Lot 419 in Mukim Lunas, Daerah Kulim. The proposed project consist 29 units of bungalow houses and the plan layout has been approved by Majlis Perbandaran Kulim on 27 June 2007.
