H. T. ONG AND CHOONG MEDICAL SERVICES SDN. BHD.

We are a 25 year old company running a specialist heart clinic in Burmah Road and a retail pharmacy in Tanjong Bungah. Excluding the doctor and the pharmacist we have at the moment 7 staff, comprising of one clinic manager and 6 clinic/pharmacy assistants. All the present staff have been with us for many years, ranging from the most senior who have been with us for 25 years to the most junior who is with us for 7 years. We look after our staff who stay with us, helping with medical care, cars, further education and profit sharing. 

 

Our clinic sees about 20 patients a day providing detailed personal attention, putting patients through the necessary investigation including blood test, ECG, stress test & echo droppler study. Staff will register incoming patient, take weight & height before passing case records to the doctor. The employed staff will assist in the clinic by chaperoning the doctor, holding BP set, performing a finger prick for sugar & cholesterol assessment. Subsequently, the staff will be trained to prepare patient for an echo-droppler study & a stress test. We are keen on patient and public education. We are thus looking for a staff serious in work & willing to learn. Remuneration will be attractive with long serving staff having a profit sharing incentive.
