It all started with a journey of self-discovery when our founder, Hanky, realized the profound importance of understanding the fundamental aspects of life that bring joy and fulfillment. Recognizing the need to instill these values early on, he left his secure corporate trainer job to establish a business focused on training preschool children, nurturing their self-esteem, confidence, and focus. Hanky's dedication and success in running programs for children led to overwhelming demand, prompting parents and teachers to urge him to start his own company after 8 years in the industry. With the support of an aligned investor and a passionate business partner, the company began with just three coaches and rapidly expanded to include seven more, all of whom eventually became shareholders. Over the years, we continued to grow, attracting young, energetic individuals who share our vision, mission, and core values, ensuring that we remain committed to empowering the next generation with essential life skills.
