Possess Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, hospitality or related field (or equivalent professional experience) will be preferable.
Proven working experience (at least 1 year ) in event planning and execution.
Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events silumtaneously.
Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers and internal teams.
Strong negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to work outside of regular business hours and travel as needed.
Possess own Transport.
Required to work on weekend.
