IC Tools Sdn Bhd started its operations in September 1993 at batu Maung, Penang Malaysia. Driven by business growth, IC Tools expanded its manufacturing facilities in 1999 from the Batu Maung premises (IC-1) to a newly acquired building (IC-2) at the Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone. The total facilities cover an area of 9,000sq ft. To maintain our competitive edge in cost and quality, we are always responsive to changes and continuously improving our process with the latest technology. Our most recent process improvement was in the Auto CAM system, a powerful tools for integration with existing CNC machines, thus making our manufacturing process a more complete, practical, and error free to achieve the finest quality and productivity. With the addition of more sophisticated machines such as CNC Optical Profile Griders and CNC Jig Grinder, the total investment is in the region of US$ 1.5 million. Together width a workforce of over 30 specialists and administration staff, IC Tools is ready to provide a high quality service to local and international customers. IC Tools' undisputed strength in its fabrication of high precision carbide tooling spares for both frame stamping and the semiconductor industries has distinguished itself as a leader in this field.
