              Ideal Data Automation (M) Sdn. Bhd. (IDA in short) was incorporated on the 21st June 2005 and provides industrial automation to products and services to multinational factories.

iDA designs, develops and builds custom hardware, firmware and database software for industrial purposes. iDA’s technological strength is based on developing micro-controller based hardware and software to solve industrial problems or to automate and make processes more efficient. Micro-controller based solutions have a distinct advantage in cost and ease-of-maintenance over PLC based solutions.

• Expand iDA’s product range

 

              iDA has the capability to build custom designed PCB to meet customer’s special requirements. iDA also builds controllers and develops software for used in data-logging, data capturing/acquisition and reporting. The products developed by iDA are competitive in the market and has allowed the company to serve a variety of industrial customers. The majority of iDA’s customers are MNC in the semiconductor industries.

At the production floor, the Workstation Ground Monitoring and the Operator Continuous Ground Monitoring are used to monitor and to ensure proper grounding of the workstations and the production operators. To develop the ESD market, iDA has made alliances with companies that distributes ESD equipment and supplies. Although iDA’s ESD testing and monitoring devices are widely used by most of iDA’s customers, over 60% of iDA’s revenues actually comes from custom automation solutions.
