Best Sunshine is a wholly owned subsidiary of Imperial Pacific that soft-launched its first temporary casino, Best Sunshine Live (Official Website: www.bestsunshinesaipan.com), in July 2015 – marking a new era in entertainment for the CNMI. Spanning over 3,000 m2, Best Sunshine Live offers 45 high-end gaming tables and 160 slot machines. The Casino is located within Saipan’s DFS T-Galleria Mall, a 40-year-old heritage building that functions as Saipan's main transport terminal, and is also a major tourist attraction.

Along with our business development, we would accomplish our first Casino Hotel and Resort in 2017. The Grand Mariana Casino Hotel and Resort, is expected to open in January 2017. Located in Garapan at the heart of Saipan, this six-star luxury holiday resort will offer 350 opulent hotel rooms, 15 deluxe villas, a casino with over 300 gaming tables and 500 slot machines, and a wide range of exclusive dining and entertainment facilities.
