ING PUBLIC Takaful Ehsan Berhad (Takaful Ehsan) was formed in March 2011 through a strategic alliance between ING Management Holdings (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (ING), Public Bank Bhd (PBB) and Public Islamic Bank Bhd (PIBB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PBB.
