The E P products are manufactured in Malaysia by E P Borneo Sdn Bhd under license by Enviropacific Pty Ltd, Australia with USA technology to their exacting standards / patents. E P has 14 ASTM (American Society for the Testing of Materials) standards to its credit.

The E P Waterproofing System is unique by making use of advanced Polyester Polymer Chemistry so that it can penetrate deep into concrete, masonry, bricks, tiles and etc to solidify alkali and lime components into one strong mass by means of capillary action to provide the ultimate and permanent protection.

Thus, the E P Waterproofing System has many advantages over other conventional waterproofing systems which are basically surface coatings. In addition, E P waterproofing liquid is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-hazardous and environmentally friendly too.
