ITBOOKS dot COM SDN. BHD. was established in February 2000 by a group of Malaysian entrepreneurs with global business presence. The company was built on the success of the group's success in their Information Technology and Pharmaceutical collaboration venture in Australia. The result of this combination of disciplines has seen the venture of a Public Listed Company into China, Asia Pacific and in the United States of America all with a team of local partners.

ITBOOKS dot COM SDN. BHD. is set up in Malaysia with the purpose of providing IT-based material to all so that the government's vision of an IT literate society would indeed become a reality.

Currently, ITBOOKS dot COM SDN. BHD. is an official Microsoft Press Distributor and carries the complete range of Microsoft Press Books, Training and Reference Material. Other publishers are expected to be listed as partners in the near future.
