In 2011, i-Tech and IBM co-developed SAFEHOUSE, a ‘green’ data centre to offer its clients reliable, secure and scalable co-location services. i-Tech’s SAFEHOUSE won the Schneider Electric IT Malaysia For Adoption on Energy Efficient Solution Award 2013 and upgraded its ISO / IEC *7001: 2005 to ISO / IEC *7001: 2013 (Information Technology-Security Techniques-Information Security Management Systems) by TUV SUD Management Service GmbH from Germany in 2015. 

In late 2016, i-Tech with its extensive knowledge on data centre co-location, Disaster Recovery Solutions and IT managed services moved into the cloud scene as a Cloud Service Provider. I-Tech offers services like Infrastructure as a Service(Iaas), Backup as a Service(BaaS), Disaster Recovery as a Service(DRaaS) and Software as a Service(SaaS).
