Job Description

Job Responsibility

• Good Team Player.
• Work closely and able to execute the instruction of the manager or superior.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies, conducting regular stock checks, and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Support other store's duty and development.
• Prepares all drinks by following prescribed recipes and steps in preparation techniques for all the beverages and coffee drinks.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
• Involvement in the R&D to develop breakthrough products as well as line extensions across the RTD beverage category.
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are executed accurately.
• Housekeeping and upkeep of assigned outlet.
• Manage opening and closing of daily bar operation according to the checklist.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure that they are sufficient to meet operational needs.
• Preparation of all type of drinks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygienic of work station.
•  Able to perform outlet visits and inspections.

Job Requirements

• Can communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Working experience minimum 2 year
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
• Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Self-discipline. Ability to work independently and confidently.
• Candidate with working experience and fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this position. Training will be provided.
• Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
• Must be able to work on shift, on weekends, and on public holidays.
