SCR is a Malaysia-China study abroad center, focusing on promoting the two-way development of Malaysia-China education. Assist Chinese students to study in Malaysia, and also specially recruit Malaysian high school graduates (Unified Examination/SPM) to study undergraduate courses, preparatory courses or specialist courses in Chinese colleges and universities. SCR has close cooperative relations with most of the universities in China (Project 211, Project 985, and Double First-Class Universities) and has abundant resources, providing a one-stop service center for Malaysian students to study in China.

• To promote Malaysia as the international education hub for International Student to study in Malaysia.
• To be One-Stop Centre for international student services pursuing higher education in Malaysia’s professional education and lifelong learning.
• To eliminate any barriers for International student who look for study aboard in Malaysia, including facilitating visa processing.
