In 1998 JL Construction Service (JLCS) began operating under Contractor’s License #**1270 and our experience as general contractors stretches back to 1981. JLCS focuses on public and private projects, and as a General Contractor the company has built business and industrial complexes, retail space, hotels, multi-unit residential units, school facilities, civic and government buildings, and design-build projects. We have also completed projects for seismic and historical renovation. Our team’s extensive public works project experience has led to completion of more than $40 million worth of education projects for public entities over the past three years.
