Kapital DX is set to be one of Malaysia's first regulated IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) platform registered with the Securities Commission. We will be a multi-asset digital fundraising and investment platform powered by blockchain and executed via smart contracts and off-chain applications (“KLDX Platform”). The KLDX Platform intends to offer a more innovative, flexible, inclusive, and efficient system for issuers and investors via the offering of tokens (including security tokens). 

We aim to be an innovative, alternative fundraising platform to help with the growth journeys of Malaysian small medium enterprises (“SMEs”) and offer investors new asset classes to diversify their investment portfolios.
