Kappa Integrated Sdn Bhd

Kappa Integrated Sdn Bhd (KISB) is registered with CIDB, grade G4 and category CE.

KISB is currently awarded a contract to build an apartment block in Brinchang, Cameron Highlands. Contract compenses of Civil Infrastructure, access bridge, road and drains, sewer, reinforced concrete, building works and M&E works where specialised contractors would be engaged as nominated sub-contractors.

The developer is Kappa Management Sdn Bhd (KMSB) and is a sister company based in Petaling Jaya Selangor. The development consist  of 177 units of three bedroom apartments. There would be four lift to service this block of apartment. Each apartment would be allocated one (1) unit of car park and the purchasers shall be allowed to purchase one (1) additional car park space.

The land is a leasehold land with another 67 years remaining.

The project a joined venture between the developer and a group of private owners of the said land.

The project is to be completed within the next thirty six months. All the necessary approvals have obtained from the relevant authorities.
