KarenSoft Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was formed in 1991 to take over CHCA Software Solution, the Information Technology division of C.H. Chee & Associates, a reputable Public Accounting firm in Penang. CHCA Software Solution was formed in 1988 by an MACPA graduate, Mr. Chee Chong Hwa, PA(M), CPA. Mr. Chee is also a Public Accountant under the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Since then, KarenSoft has been continually investing in extensive research and development to create and provide comprehensive and leading edge software solutions. Having acquired an outstanding track record for providing organisations with innovative solutions, KarenSoft is now diversifying into new areas to deliver solutions to help customers revolutionize their competitive edge.
