K'Ayuria Management Sdn Bhd was established to manage one of the up-market Kiaramas condo projects in Mont Kiara.  The demographic profile of residents is diverse consisting half Malaysians and foreign nationals make up the other half.  The management council is made up of professionals who exercise good management practice in administrating the condo.  The council emphasizes uncompromising code of ethics for everyone in the team.
