We are a Borneo based architectural design studio. A sole proprietorship established since 2010. 

 

Our approach is one of the interior design leading the way for the architecture to happen coupled with the pursuit of creating exciting and sustainable design solutions.

 

KTDA’s vision is to establish a Design Hub in Borneo. One that allows people from diverse backgrounds to collaborate and bring in new ideas to enhance Borneo’s tropical living experience. We strive to enrich people’s life by means of creating interior-architectural solutions that are “more practical and convenient without being less attractive” (Oliver Heilmer).
