We are an Insurance Agency and is an authorized agent for The Pacific Insurance Berhad and Etiqa General Insurance Berhad. Our office is located in Wisma Merdeka, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.

We possess a steady stream of Clientele, that requires careful and meticulous monitoring to ensure their policies do not lapse. Some of these Clients have been with us for decades as we have at all time maintain a professional approach to service their insurance needs with the utmost efficiency.

The Agency handles General Insurance type policies which includes but are not limited to

· Fire Insurance (burglary, theft, explosion etc),

· Vehicle Insurance (First or 3rd Party plus battlement etc),

· Comprehensive Medical Insurance

· Personal Accident Insurance

· Miscellaneus Insurance such as travel personal insurance all risk insurance and so on.

The Agency works closely with the management team of The Pacific Insurance Berhad and Etiqa General Insurance Berhad at all times to ensure nothing is omitted.

There are occasions in which the the staff are encouraged to attend the courses provided by the Insurance company in order to have an up to date knowledge on the types of policies and improvement (if any). This is to promote a sense of confidence in the staff and this will enable them to handle questions from the Clients.
