1. Perform front desk duties and attend to patient care such as; patient registration and scheduling appointments. Manage overall clinic condition.

2. Manage by staff assigning and delegating tasks as needed.

3. Act as liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff.

4. Performance quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals.

5. Ensure that all procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.

6. Helps patients by providing information, services & assistance.

7. Assist doctor with examinations and in any routine procedures (if required)

8. Clinic administrative duties - ensure patients record are maintained and updated accordingly.

9. Assist in preparation of reports/paper work & organize and maintain filing in a proper manner.

10. Maintaining supplies ready by inventory record - monitoring stock levels, placing orders of medicine and etc. (OPTIONAL)

11. Ensure clinic operates in orderly manner to ensure compliance of SOP procedures at all times.

12. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by doctor and superior from time to time.
