Currently, the company's primary focus is on the construction and joint venture participation in affordable housing projects within Malay reserve areas in the Klang Valley and surrounding regions, as well as across Peninsular Malaysia. There is a strong demand for residential homes and land development, particularly in the Klang Valley. The market size extends beyond the immediate vicinity, reaching areas outside the Klang Valley. Over the next five years, the company plans to concentrate on the Klang Valley market alone, as several areas within it present promising opportunities, and the demand is already established. According to data released by the Central Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara Malaysia) and the National Property Information Centre (NAPIC), there were only 114,000 residential units offered per year in the last three years from 2014 to 2016, compared to the demand (increase in household numbers) of 154,000 units.
