KYS International College Sdn Bhd (KYSIC) is focused on providing international pre-university and tertiary education to high calibre and deserving students who has done well at SPM level. The School will offer and emphasise business related courses such as Accounting, Economics and Finance as well as provide the Foundation Studies for all tertiary science studies through the Foundation in Science (FCertNZ) Programme.

As a start, KYSIC established KYS Business School (KYSB) to conduct New Zealand Chartered Accountancy Pathway (NZCAP) program. KYSB is offering a Foundation in Accounting as a first component in a study pathway that will lead to an attainment of Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from one of the three prestigious universities in New Zealand which are: Victoria University of Wellington; the University of Auckland and University of Canterbury, Christchurch. Graduates of this Commerce degree will then have the opportunity to immediately proceed to do a professional chartered accountancy qualification with Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ).

KYSB is also running the Year 1 Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) 1 + 2 programme at its campus in Ayer Keroh so that students can start their degree level studies here in Malaysia before flying to New Zealand. This way, the cost for completing the degree qualification is considerably reduced.

KYSB has expanded its programme offering so that students now have a wider choice in pursuing tertiary education in the various fields of Economics, Banking and Finance with a view of furthering to complete a variety of business related professional qualifications.

Diploma in Entrepreneurship has also started at KYSB allowing students to pursue their Bachelor Degree (Technopreneurship) at Universiti Teknikal Melaka (UTeM).

KYS Business School (KYSB) has been set up with the following aspirations and aims:

• to support the Malaysian Government’s aspiration in achieving high income nation and knowledge based economy through the creation of high quality human resources
• as part of the development and expansion of Kolej Yayasan Saad (KYS) as a private education business entity that emphasises excellence and holistic education and training
• to expand KYS successful experience in the private secondary education industry into a niche higher education sector
• to enhance the reputation of KYS as a world class private higher education provider through the provision of internationally recognised pre-university and tertiary education
