NewWave Health Sdn Bhd is an initiative to venture into digital healthcare solutions known as Remote Health Diagnostics and Monitoring System (RHDMS) and now known as LifeMed. LifeMed is a solution to assist prospective stakeholders which includes patients, hospitals, doctors, nurses, and lifestyle practitioners, to have a better ailment management mechanism for hypertension and diabetes care pathways.

NWH is jointly owned by N2W Corporation Bhd Sdn and SmartMed Global Ltdu200B (UK). SmartMed is an innovative, award-winning digital health services provider based in London, UK. It has provided solutions to the NHS in England, as well as over 80 global corporations over a 12-year period.
