Nistrade (M) Sdn. Bhd.(NTM) was established on 12 December 2000 as the sole agent of “ENEOS” (Formerly known as JXTG) for Industrial Lubricants & Petrol Chemicals in Malaysia & Singapore. ENEOS Corporation is the largest oil refinery in Japan and known as Japan’s No.1 Oil Company provide wide range of energy services in Japan and Oversea.

NTM is an affiliated Company of Nissin Shoji Co., Ltd(NSJ). NSJ is a Japan based company founded in the year 1950 and listed on the second section of Tokyo Stock Exchange in March 1996, mainly engaged in oil-related business, such as sales of gasoline, kerosene, light and heavy oil, petrochemical products, LPG, Lubricating Petroleum, work for service station and car related products. The Company is now moving to Renewable Energy-Related business, such as Solar Power Plant, Biomass Fuel, Industrial materials of Smart Agri System and Agricultural Coating Materials.

Our main objective in Malaysia is to introduce ENEOS Corporation’s Industrial Lubricants and Petrochemical products to Malaysia’s Companies. Our range of products inclusive of industrial solvents, lubricants, grease, metalworking fluids, environment friendly cutting and grinding oil (Chorine free anti-mist) and hydrocarbon cleaning solvents. These products are proven to be reliable and cost competitive in Japan.

NTM import various chemicals products from our affiliated company and chemical manufacturers in Japan(Such as AGC INC, Arakawa Chemical Industries Ltd). Over the years, we have built up long-term relationship with many chemical manufacturers in Japan. Therefore, we are able to supply quality chemical products at competitive price.

Besides import petrochemical products & chemical from Japan, we also distributes products from Shell & ExxonMobil like: solvent, Isopropyl Alcohol, industrial cleaners, lubricating products and etc.

In line with the values of NSJ and ENEOS Group, NTM will emphasize on marketing products that are environmentally and user friendly to local manufacturing companies. In addition, it will be carrying out product and market research to gauge the viability of introducing new products into Malaysia that will contribute towards a cleaner global environment for future generation.
