We are a 100% EOU under the STP scheme. Since 1994 Nu-Link has been working on software development in the networking area. Nu-Link has developed several Network Mangement System applications for a variety of state-of-the art switches and routers, participated in embedded software development for some of these switches/routers and developed system and application software for Unix and Windows platforms.Nu-Link was founded by Ashraf M. Dahod an inventor and entrepreneur settled in US. He has several years of experience in bringing complex and innovative technologies to the market. He is the winner of several awards from the industry. The state of Massachusetts recently honoured him for his contribution to the economy. Mr. Ashraf Dahod, Nu-Link's Managing Director, founded Starent Networks Corporation, a US based company, in August 2000. Starent is developing a router/gateway for wireless networks. Starent's innovative product architecture will support over a million users on a single platform. This is an order of magnitude increase in capacity over current products. Starent has assembled a great team of engineers to accomplish this. Starent hopes to launch the initial version of this product early next year. Nu-Link has been retained by Starent to develop a completely new product for UMTS Networks on their ST 16 hardware platform . Nu-Link will be doing development of gateway GPRS support node (GGSN) and serving GPRS support node (SGSN) for GSM/UMTS networks platform. Also, design and development of Service creation systems for GSM and UMTS networks. Nu-Link is seeking to employ several more high caliber engineers for this task which will involve protocol development in an embedded environment. This is a very large project and should be ongoing for several years.We are also developing a CORBA/SNMP based Element / Network Management Systems for Starent's Packet Data Serving Node (PDSN).
