RAIU was established in 2016, backed and lead by professional engineers with a combination of more than 25 years experience in the field of Non Revenue Water management (NRW), Commercial Losses, GIS, Total Asset Management, operational & maintenance and process engineering.

Equipped with a team of skilled and experienced workforce, RAIU has been dynamically involved in (NRW) projects reduction for the past few years. RAIU strives to overcome and curb the current NRW woes triggered by pipe leakages & bursts, under-recording of meters, illegal connections, legal non-metered supply and water theft to name a few. RAIU has been dynamically involved in NRW reduction in the Malaysian states of Selangor, Kedah, Labuan, Terengganu, Johor, Kelantan and Sarawak.
