The combined capability allows the consortium to operates with it's Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Class 'A' and Contruction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Grade 'G7'. This two certification and endorsement, allows Rancang Awal Sendirian Berhad to participate and undertake construction project of unlimited value.

The strenght of Rancang Awal Sendirian Berhad is at it's Human Resources and Financial Ability. Whereby the area of focus and specialities was it's civil and building construction, engineering and development.
