RAYONMERGE Resources Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 02nd September 1992 with its main business activities being the civil construction and building construction.

The objects for the company is established are :

1.    To carry on businesses and to act as agents, investors, merchants, traders, franchisors, carriers and ship-owners 

2.    To develop and turn into account any land acquired by the Company or in which it is interested and in particular by laying out and preparing the same for building purposes, constructing, altering, fitting up, decorating, demolishing, maintaining and improving buildings and entering into contracts and agreements of all kinds with builders, tenants and others. 

3.    To carry on all or any of the business of general contractors, engineering contractors, civil engineers, site information and plant layout advisers and consultants (whether civil, mechanical electrical, structural or otherwise.)
