REHDA SELANGOR (Real Estate Housing Developers Association)

The Real Estate & Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA) Selangor Branch is a non-profit organization representing the interests of real estate and housing developers in Selangor. 

As the state-level representative body of property developers, REHDA Selangor is strategically positioned to forge closer alliances between member developers and the Selangor State Government. The close rapport and co-operation enjoyed by REHDA Selangor with various government agencies and related bodies has enabled its members to benefit from and contribute towards a more positive framework towards an efficient housing and real estate delivery system.

The Branch has been invited to serve on various key consultative committees and panels implemented by the State Government to resolve problems and to troubleshoot on industry related issues in policy, finance, legislation, technical standards and administrative procedures.

Some of the major ones are as follows:

1. escalating development cost which contributes to escalating house price

2. social housing policy

3. policies and requirement of various stakeholders like city councils, state agency and utilities company.

4. planning guidelines
