BIRDY STAY set out with the specific goal of assisting both owners and tenants/guests in locating a reputable management firm during the booming period of the real estate sector. The company Birdy Stay was then started.

With more than 5 years of experience in the industry, Birdy Stay is actually a recent start-up. We are mainly focused on providing short- and long-term rental services for real estate, but we are also expanding into the hotel and designed refurbishment industries.

Our aim is for the tenants and guests to be able to locate lodging, while the owners may enjoy their invested properties hassle-free and with a good income flow.

Birdy Stay with rapid growth within a year of its launch, managing more than 30 properties throughout Klang Valley. We did this by making investments in our employees and the environments in which they operate, as well as by enhancing our operational and analytical capabilities to meet the needs of our owners, visitors, and tenants.
