Riyan Pvt. Ltd. is a registered design and management consultancy firm incorporated in the Maldives, initially established on 24th July 1997 with a vision to provide multi-disciplinary design and project management services. Over the past years, the Company has expanded both in terms of services portfolio and human resources to become one of the leading professional groups in the country.
The Company’s partnerships with international firms and consultants provide consultancy services for a wide range of projects, including those funded by the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, Islamic Development Bank and various agencies of the UN. These projects include major infrastructure projects, construction supervision and project management, policy development, institutional reform, capacity development, valuation and assessment, economic and financial analysis, policy and standards development, community participation and training.
The Company’s knowledge base and pool of expertise is deep and plentiful, built with over 15 years of development experience. Individually, every key member of the firm has been exposed to either design or consulting industry in the Maldives at a professional level for the past decade. Today, the Company is truly a multi-disciplinary firm known and respected for its work in planning, design services, project management and professional consulting, contributing significantly to the rapid development of the Maldives.
