Having been assigned to a technical team, he/ she is expected to develop robust engineering skills with a solid theoretical foundation, and proven ability to apply those principles in project work.The grounding of the Senior Solutions Engineer needs to happen in 4 areas: crucially in application development, but also in analysis and design, data and security, and infrastructure and networking. Skills development is the responsibility of each individual, in accordance with their supervisors.Quality of deliverable is crucial, and will be considered both in terms of meeting requirements and functional specifications, as well as the technical competence of the solution developed.
