We are an independent community pharmacy established in 2003 in Pusat Bandar Puchong with a branch in Kpg Baru Subang, Shah Alam. Unlike most of our peers in the industries, we always strive to provide value added service to all our customer. In order to enhance our service, we need to have new talent who will complement our existing talent. Our core strategy has been the same since our establishment which is to focus on chronic disease & common ailment. The former needs more of pharmaceutical care with the latter requires both clinical & pharmaceutical care. Though we are operating in highly competitive environment but our business is still very much sustainable & profitable. We would like to attribute this success to our commitment towards implementing our core strategy.

Any well planned strategy will inevitably fail if there is no talented & committed employee. Therefore employee training & development have been our emphasis since day one. Our future plan is to grow organically together with our talent. Without good talent, a community pharmacy will not be sustainable or profitable even if its location is strategic.
