Value-Ad is an Australian based global company that specialises in increasing sales activity and revenue by optimising the use and management of sales leads in both the call centre and face- to- face sales environments.

Our company currently operates in seven countries spanning three continents –

Our two main products are:

i) Smart Lead Allocation in outbound call centres - Increase the conversion rate in outbound call centre agents by using Smart Lead Allocation to assign leads according to sales success patterns.

ii) Lead Management System for face-to-face sales - Deliver the right lead to the right person at the right time improving sales force activity and results.

We focus on the financial services industry but also have clients in other industries e.g. Telecommunications.
