We aim to provide a platform that allows decision makers, thought leaders and influencers to reach out and connect with each other and the world

We aim to be the advocate and champion of ASEAN as a dynamic hub for business, trade and social networking

We aim to amplify the thoughts, the aspirations and the inspirational values of the ASEAN community to the world

We aim to help expedite the formation of trade and business linkages both within ASEAN and between ASEAN and the world

Our Values

While at VOICE OF ASEAN, we believe in the principle of free expression, we also believe that the content on our platform should reflect the values that we hold dearly. Therefore, notwithstanding the rights of any person or entity to state their position on any other platform of their choosing, we will only select and publish opinion editorials and pieces that either promote, adhere to or do not contradict these values.

·        ASEAN Neutrality – That ASEAN should not take sides in any superpower conflict or squabble and that external nations should not expect any ASEAN member to choose between them or another

·        Free Trade – That protectionist measures as well as any barriers to the free movement of goods within ASEAN should be lifted so as to enable businesses to fully tap into the opportunities afforded by the region as a while, which in turn will enhance nations and the lives of people

·        Free Movement – That ASEAN, being a region with a large population of young, dynamic and highly skilled workforce, will only realise its full potential when people are able to travel, work and form businesses without any barriers within the region

·        Free Markets – That ASEAN’s viability as an investment hub can only be fully achieved when enterprises are free to carry out businesses in a truly competitive environment where merit, and not any other circumstance, is the measuring stick.

·        ESG – That ASEAN member states, businesses and people need to take the lead in establishing the region as frontline for environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) initiatives in order to enhance its position as a hub for investments and to promote businesses that are sustainable
