Founded in 2001, Volubill is a privately owned company, backed by strong international investors including Argo Global Capital, Deutsche Venture Capital, Seventure, Sofinnova Partners, Sofinnova Ventures and XAnge Private Equity.

Volubill is a global company, with over 70 customers in more than 40 countries, as well as offices in all major geographies and centres of excellence in Europe and Asia.

Volubill opened in 2004 its first center of excellence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Since then, the KL center has provided resources for Customer Services implementation projects, Customer services support and Product development. In 2007, Volubill added the Dynamic Charging Platform product to its portofolio expanding its expertise from network and charging to billing as well.
