CONTRACTS MANAGER Requirements: • Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building • Minimum 5 years of experience in management of civil engineering construction • Experience in pre and post contracts functions including tender / contract review, drafting agreement, procurement and award of subcontract work, negotiation with subcontract and contract administration • Excellent communication and leadership skills SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR Requirements: • Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or in related fields of study • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Computer literate • Experience in pre and post contracts functions including tender / contract review, drafting agreement, procurement and award of subcontract work, negotiation with subcontract and contract administration Interested candidates please write-in/fax/email to the following:
