WKK MILESTONE

1975 - Company established as trader and distributor supplying equipment, materials and services to the printed circuit board industry throughout Asia.

1977 - Became a registered company.

1979 - Wong’s Industrial (Holdings) Ltd was incorporated and WKK became one of its wholly owned subsidiaries.

1980’s - Embarked on a course of diversification, adding electronics manufacturing equipment.

1986 - Set up a major distribution subsidiary to provide semiconductor devise based on Hong Kong and China.

1989 - Became a public listed company.

1990’s - Wong’s Kong King International (Holding) Limited was incorporated in Bermuda as the Group’s new holding company.

1991 - Acquired WKK Building, a 12-storey headquarters in HongKong wholly occupied by the Group’s rapid expanding business.

WKK Thailand (Bangkok) office was established.

1992 - WKK Singapore was established.

1993 - WKK Malaysia was established.

2008 - WKK Vietnam (Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh) offices were established.
